Project: The project started a long time ago when Mr. Baggiani showed us the landscaped grounds on which he wanted to build his business center overlooking the Borgo San Lorenzo in the middle of olive trees.
Step by step we guided him in the project of the houses, stables, store and the remittance agricultural machinery. Actually, the entrepreneur’s house has been built and agricultural outbuildings are under construction. In order to fit the building as best as possible in the surrounding environment, it was decided to build it in GREEN BUILDING. The residential building is spread over two floors above ground and it has a floor area of 110 square meters. The structure is made of X-lam wood and the walls have thermal-insulating coat, painting etc. The energy performance places the structure in class A.

Project: The project involves the construction of a prefabricated building and a greenhouse for growing the Company’s products on the soil, which will be sold in the sales point.
This structure is made of wood and anchored to a reinforced concrete slab.
The entrepreneur will be able to take advantage of the external space, for administer the products and organize tasting events, in this specific case, of Thai cuisine.
The introduction of a piece of Thai culture in Tuscany has been an original idea of our client and it has come true thanks to JJP team.

Agricultural Company

Project: JJP managed a collaboration between Palazzo Vecchio and the Centro di Ricerche Agro-Ambietali “Enrico Avanzi”, the Cooperativa Produttori Latte Terre del Granducato and Impresa Verde Toscana for the SMART-MILKING project (for more information www.palazzovecchio.eu). The expected results in this project, especially the production factors improvement, animal welfare and production costs have been largely achieved.

Milking is one of the fundamental aspects in milk production in terms of working hours and animal health. Even if the Grossi company had already been at the forefront of these aspects, we assist the entrepreneur in introducing a new technological tool in Tuscany: the milking robot. A collaboration agreement was created with Palazzo Vecchio farmhouse.

Farmhouse

Project: The Palazzo Vecchio farmhouse has always paid a lot of attention to people with disabilities and in order to increase the offer it decided to renovate a new building in this perspective.
The facade and the roof have been restored, and two special valuable accessible apartments have been created. Everything is in harmony with the historical nature and the Mugello landscape and the interiors are enhanced by Tuscan traditional decor.

Battibecco Agri Restaurant

Project: The project “Battibecco” started thanks to an inspection that allowed us to establish a feeling with the property and to help the owners create their dreams. Even if it was a barn, we were able to carve out a well-equipped industrial kitchen and a dining room. New accesses to the outside have been opened to enjoy the most of the panoramic point; in addition partitions have been created in a harmony with the nature of the whole building. This allows workers and customers to live priceless experience, especially in spring and summer.
